So this is a drawing of a Ghillie that I'm working on. Right now I'm using Strips of BDUs and putting them on an OD jumpsuit and so far it looks real good. I have on leg and the arms left to go.

Capt., It looks like a Stalker suit not a Crawler suit. if you are using Woodland Camo BDU's remember that the color on the inside is usually a light green color. The fabric will fray alot differnt that burlap will. Try differnet widths and lenghts of fabric to help break up your outline. If you are going to using a vest/LBE set up think about attachting it permittly to the top due to the fact that it would get pertty hard to weave the vest/LBE into the suite throught the BDU strips everytime you go out into the bush. I would advise you using a MOLLE vest so you can modify the pouch setup to the mission at hand. The only pouches I would always have attached on it would be a hydration pouch and a radio pouch. All other pouches are personal and mission dependent. Have fun and upload pictures. SGT Thompson

I would say for excesiries probly just use a belt, and if you need more space thigh rigs.

Yeah i took the strips and sewed then together to keep the light side from showing and the front I'm going to leave blank so crawling is unaffected by ground decries
Hydration will be a 1.5L camelback that will be inside the suite
Next I'll be applying some internal rain gear strips as well to keep the belly side of the suit to keep dry and to prevent hypothermia as well some added choosing from rocks and what not
I do have some brown canvas patches on the knees and other crawl points for padding and to provide more of a life span for the suit

2nd not is the placement of the leg pockets are going to provide good space for gear and the upper pockets for bbs ect
So I'm hopping for all intensive use that my mollie belt is the only thing that will be carrying my 1911 and some spare mags
