I wasn't at the field during the incident that caused you to get kicked off for a while, however I do understand that according to several members of the team you were being an ass hat while we had visiting teams on the field.
Personally I don't mind if you come back it just gives me one more person to shoot at. However I do think that you should apologies to the rest of the team (in person, not on here) for your actions. Your choices were not the best but they are also not the worst thing to be done on the field. I don't see any reason why we can't moved past this.
If this is something you think you can do then you can come to the next game. As for your team status myself and the other NCO's will review at the next meeting. Because the "team" does mean something to the rest of us. I want to hear from them.

I disagree with the acting like an "ass hat" thing considering they were getting there as I was leaving,sorry don't really see how that's possible when I never even came into contact with that team.

My only concern is your lack of willingness to be part of a team and your reckless discharge of a weapon during a campout. You had no concern of how dangerous your actions where and how much liability would be set on tank and myself. You where suspended for that reason and unless you change your attitude 180 degrees I have to wonder what event will happen next.
I don't need high membership for good games and to have fun. I need "high" quality players.

I second Poe's input. We need to know our team members are safe, trustworthy and learn from their mistakes. I'd say we need an attitude change to be accepted back onto the field.

I'm not unwilling to be a part of the team and I'm not going to fight about the situation because no one truly cares what I have to say that's whatever though I get that you want people who can represent the team to its fullest and with all due respect I don't care what Dylan has to say about me or what I do so if that means I have no place on the team so be it just let me know.
