(Play “Oh Boy”-Buddy Holly)
Roach:Oh Boy, That Takes me back to before I was (sarcastically) the handsome devil you hear now. You see there was an old World addage when we were all afraid of Communists in every dark corner, that if you see an Atomic blast in the distance, you're supposed to hold your arm out and keep your thumbs up that if the mushroom cloud is bigger than your thumb, you should start running as fast as your feet can carry you, Which is also the day I learned I am not as swift as I thought. I would Like to note to all you recently evicted wastelanders with a pip boy, that is the reason Pip Boy is giving a thumbs up, to remind you to check your blasts.

(after playing Beatles “Here there Everywhere”)
Roach:Speaking on matters of seemingly omnipresent people, We in Pallet Town hear more and more rumors of a mysterious Stranger wearing a fedora, Trench coat, and a 44 magnum who seems to intervene at oppurtune moments of injustice. No one knows where this cat comes from or which side he is on, but before any questions can be asked he is gone. When I asked Sheriff Van Hess about him he only stated
Sheriff:I wish more people kept to themselves and solved problems.
(Play “When the Man Comes to Town”-Johnny Cash)

Roach:Blood on the streets today as a member of the lost boys was gunned down outside of Ludiya's General Store where he attempted to haggle for a greater reward for turning in an energy weapon. Now that is what I would call a tough negotiator.

Regarding Buzzsaw boss NPC Roach:Message out there for the daring There is a shortcut between Pallet town and the NCR H.Q. With one major hazzard, in the form of a banjo plucking , med-X popping, chainsaw wielding psycho-billy. He's been shot so many times locals believe him to be a myth. All I can say is if I was out there and heard the “run-an-na-na-na” of A saw you have one decision to make, start booking it back where you came from or bunker down and fight because he doesn't go down easy, However if you are lucky enough to take him out, bring his saw back to Sherrif Derrick Derick van Hess for a handsome bounty of 150 caps.
Roach:I have an unexpected announcement today in that the bounty for buzzsaw was claimed by (player's name). We have them in studio today, and I think what everyone wants to know what was going through your mind during the encounter. (allow player response) Alright, and now that he is dead how do you feel? (allow Player response) Well there you have it listeners, and congratulations to you kid the next song goes out to you.

Variations of anouncement on outcome of Relay station Battle
Roach:So in other news The two headed bear is up in arms in regards to the loss of a mission essential Com Relay at the hands of the Lost Boys, whose repeated drug addled and violent shenanigans Cost many grunts their lives. After the Retreat one might assume they would take the tech and salvage for Themselves, but all that was found was inappropriately violated furniture and tasteless Grafiti.
Roach:This Just in NCR managed To Successfully Repel waive ofter waive of Lost Boys to secure a Communications relay that a ranger “Brick” stated was “of great importance”.
Roach:Good news to reprt today in that wasteland adventurer and new citizen of pallet town by the name of (Player's name or names) managed To negotiate with the occupying force of a com relay to the norh of us for a long range Tranceiver. Which now gives our communication systems a wider Reach that has us in touch with other settlements further out. This gives me a wider audience and to all my current listeners the benefit of a now Expanded music list.
